Peach Cobbler

4 cups sliced peaches (about 3 medium)
1 tsp cinnamon
1/3 cup milk
1/2 cup flour
1/3 cup splenda sugar substitute
1 1/2 tsp baking soda
1 tsp vanilla
 
Spray a 8x8 pan or 4 individual glass baking dishes with nonstick spray. Place peaches in pan and sprinkle with cinnamon. In bowl combine remaining ingredients till mixed. Top peaches evenly with topping. Bake at 350 for 20 minutes. Cool slightly and serve.
