Orange Loaf Bars

I adapted this recipe from a WW cookbook.
 
1/3 cup + 2 tsp flour
1/2 tsp baking powder
1 egg
3 tbsp thawed frozen orange juice concentrate
1 tsp orange zest
2 tsp sugar
2 tsp reduced calorie margarine
1/2 tsp vanilla
 
Preheat oven to 350. Spray a 7x3x2  loaf pan with nonstick cooking spray; set aside. Combine all ingredients on low speed for 30 seconds just to combine; pour into sprayed baking pan. Bake for 25 minutes. Remove loaf from pan and allow to cool on wire rack. Cut cooled bar into 4 equal bars.
