I adapted this recipe from a WW cookbook.
4 refrigerated canned biscuits, seperated
1/2 cup diced onion
1/2 cup chopped mushrooms
1/2 cup tomato sauce
1/2 tsp oregano
1/2 tsp basil
dash pepper
2 oz shredded mozzarella cheese
4 tsp parmesan cheese
Preheat oven to 400. Place biscuits in pie plate, using fingers press biscuits together in
bottom of pan to form a crust. Prick bottom and sides of dough. Bake until lightly browned, 8-10 minutes.
While crust is baking saute vegetables in small skillet that has been sprayed with non stick
spray. Add tomato sauce and seasonings and cook, stirring constantly until mixture thickens. Pour sauce over baked crust;
sprinkle with mozzarella cheese. Top with parmesan cheese. Bake until cheese is melted and lightly browned, 10-15 minutes.
