Waffles

1 2/3 cups flour
1 tbsp baking powder
2 eggs, seperated
1 3/4 cups skim milk
3 tbsp vegetable oil
 
In a mixing bowl beat egg yolks with a fork. Beat in milk and oil. Add flour and baking powder. Stir till blended but still slightly lumpy.
 
In a small bowl beat egg whites until stiff peaks form. Gently fold into flour mixture. Do not overmix!
 
Pour batter into preheated waffle iron (spray with nonstick spray if needed). Bake according to manufacturer's instructions.
