2 cups reduced fat baking mix
1 1/3 cups skim milk
2 tbsp vegetable oil
1 egg
Heat waffle iron; spray with nonstick spray if necessary. Stir together all ingredients until
blended. Pour batter by scant cupfuls onto center of hot waffle iron. Bake 3-5 minutes or as directed by manufacturer.
