Preheat oven to 425. Mix together and let stand:
7 tbsp vegetable soup
6 oz lean ground beef
3 tbsp fat free evaporated milk
1/4 tsp salt
dash pepper
Meanwhile put in mixing bowl:
1 cup reduced fat baking mix
3 tbsp fat free evaporated milk
3 tbsp water
Turn dough out on board that has been sprinkled with 1 tsp flour and knead a few
times. Roll into sheet 1/4 inch thick and about 6"x10". Spread with meat mixture leaving 2 inch margins on 6 inch sides. Starting
at one of the margins, roll up like jelly roll, pinch edge to secure. Cut into 1 inch slices. Put on sprayed baking sheet
cut side down. Bake for 30 minutes or until brown.
