Always Juicy Meatloaf

1/3 cup fat free evaporated skim milk
1 lb extra lean ground beef
12 saltine crackers, made into crumbs
1 egg
1/2 cup chopped onion
1/2 tsp salt
1 tbsp mustard
 
Mix all ingredients together in bowl. Place in loaf pan. Bake at 375 for about 50 minutes. Let stand 5 minutes before removing to serving platter.
