1/4 cup reduced calorie margarine
1/2 cup sugar
1/2 cup splenda
1 tsp vanilla
2 eggs
1/4 cup milk
1 cup flour
2 tbsp cocoa
1/4 tsp salt
Cream together margarine, sugar and vanilla. Beat in eggs. Stir in milk. Add dry ingredients
and stir till mixed. Spray a 9x9 pan and spread in batter. Bake at 375 for 20 minutes or till done. Immediately spread bars
with frosting.
Cocoa Frosting: With spoon blend 1 1/2 tbsp cocoa, 1 tbsp milk, 1/4 tsp vanilla, 1 1/2 tsp
reduced calorie margarine and 2/3 cup powdered sugar.
Cool cake and cut into bars.
