1 1/2 cups flour
1 1/2 tsp baking powder
1 tsp cinnamon
1/2 tsp baking soda
1/2 tsp salt
1/4 tsp cloves
2 tbsp brown sugar
1 1/4 cups milk
3/4 cup pumpkin puree
2 eggs, seperated
1 tbsp oil
In bowl stir together dry ingredients to combine. In seperate bowl whisk together wet ingredients
(except egg whites). Add to dry ingredients and stir just until moistened. Beat egg whites until stiff peaks form. Gently
fold into batter. (Makes 4 1/2 cups batter)
