1 lb lean ground beef
1 large onion, chopped
1 quart (4 cups) diced tomatoes (including liquid)
1/2 cup quick cooking rice
1/8 tsp pepper
1 tsp chili powder
In skillet cook and crumble beef; drain well. Add onions. Stir in tomatoes, uncooked rice,
salt to taste, pepper and chili powder. Heat through. Pour into ungreased 2 quart casserole dish and bake for 30-40 minutes
at 300.
