8 Layer Slow Cooker Dish

24 oz potatoes, thinly sliced
1 onion, thinly sliced
2 15 oz cans whole kernel corn, drained
1/4 cup water
1 pound extra lean ground beef or lean ground turkey
1 can 98% fat free cream of mushroom soup

Layer 1: 1/4 of the potatoes, 1/2 of the onion
Layer 2: 1 can corn
Layer 3: 1/4 of the potatoes
Layer 4: 1/2 of the onion
Layer 5: 1/4 of the potatoes
Layer 6: 1 can corn, water
Layer 7: ground beef, remaining potatoes Layer 8: can of soup

Cook on High for 4 hours.

1/8 w/extra lean ground beef= 298 calories/11 g. fat/4 g. fiber
1/8 w/ ground turkey=250 calories/6 g. fat/4 g. fiber
