Glaze: 1/4 cup splenda and 2 tsp milk
2 cups reduced fat baking mix
1 small apple, peeled and chopped
1/3 cup milk
3 tbsp sugar
1 tsp cinnamon
2 egg whites
Preheat oven to 425. Spray a cookie sheet with nonstick cooking spray. Prepare glaze; set
aside. Mix remaining ingredients until a soft dough forms. Spread in a 8 inch circle on baking sheet. Cut into 8 wedges, don't
seperate. Bake 10-12 minutes. Drizzle glaze on top and carefully seperate. Serve warm.
