6-4 oz (1 1/2 lb) boneless, skinless chicken breast halves
6-1/2 oz pieces thin lean ham
6-1/2 oz slices reduced fat swiss cheese
salt & pepper to taste
6 slices bacon, browned, but not crisp, drained and patted
3/4 cup water
1 chicken bouillon cube
1 1/2 tsp cornstarch
1/4 cup cold water
Flatten chicken 1/8-1/4 inch thick. Place a slice of ham and a slice of cheese on top
of each breast; sprinkle with salt and pepper. Roll up and wrap with a piece of bacon. Secure with toothpick. Place in cooker.
Combine water and chicken bouillon cube; microwave 1 minute. Pour in slow cooker. Cover and cook on High for 4 hours. Combine
cornstarch and water. Remove chicken breasts to plate. Add cornstarch water to crock pot; whisk to combine and cook until
sauce thickens.
